Ashraf Kandil is the Managing Director of H’Collective, bringing over 32 years of experience in architecture, design consultancy, and construction management. With a strong foundation in architectural engineering and extensive leadership in multidisciplinary project environments, Ashraf has shaped the growth and strategic vision of H’Collective into a regionally recognized design consultancy firm.

His career spans a broad spectrum of project types, including hospitality, residential, retail, commercial, healthcare, cultural, and educational developments. With 22 years of dedicated experience in the MENA region, Ashraf has led the delivery of complex local and international projects, offering clients innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective design solutions.

He began his career as a design architect and has since evolved into a trusted advisor and team leader, known for his ability to bridge technical excellence with business strategy. At H’Collective, Ashraf oversees operations, guides strategic direction, nurtures key partnerships, and fosters a high-performance culture across the firm’s diverse teams.

Ashraf holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Cairo University. He is a Chartered Engineer (CEng), a Grade A registered architect with the Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers, and holds a Grade A license with Qatar’s Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning (MMUP).
